The WALKER SHELL PANTS are built for moving in the rain. They balance durability, comfort, and breathability with a 3-layer Pertex Shield Pro construction (100% nylon face fabric with a PU laminate), designed to stay manageable through long days and trail life when you want to keep moisture at bay. Weight is 150g in a size M — the feature set is kept to what's needed, keeping the pants light to carry.
The wide straight fit layers easily over long pants without bunching up. It's a classic shape built to prioritize freedom of movement at the hem, so wearing it directly, without a layer underneath, still feels unrestrictive depending on conditions. It's designed around pairing with the WALKER SHELL JACKET, keeping the top and bottom working as a set so you can stay focused on moving through the rain.
A single pocket sits on the right side — a feature that's often left off minimal UL rain pants. It earns its keep on long days on trail, when you want somewhere to tuck a map clipping or a small item separately. The pants keep pockets to a minimum while still holding onto that bit of practicality.
The waist and hem both adjust with a cord lock for a quick one-pull fit, making it easy to dial in the fit or adjust ventilation on the move. The bungee cord at the hem is user-replaceable, leaving room to swap in a thinner cord for a lighter build or a different fit. Overall, the design stays simple and practical in the field while keeping enough room to layer underneath.
