As for payment methods, you can choose credit card payment, Amazon Pay, convenience store payment, or Pay-easy. Once your order is complete, you cannot change your payment method.
Convenience store payment <br>Please pay within 4 days after placing your order. A payment fee of 190 yen will be charged. Convenience stores that can be used are 7-Eleven, Family Mart, Lawson, Ministop, and Daily.

|Order cancellation, return/exchange
Orders cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged unless the product is defective.
If the product is defective or incorrect, please contact us by phone or email within 3 days of receiving the product. We will respond by exchanging the product or refunding the product. When returning the product, please enclose the delivery note and send it cash on delivery. Please note that if the deadline has passed, returns or exchanges will not be possible.

In the unlikely event that the package is not received even after the storage period for unattended packages has elapsed, the package will be automatically returned or canceled.
