Unless otherwise specified, we usually ship within 3 business days.

About payment

You can choose to pay by credit card, smartphone payment (LINE Pay, Merpay, PayPay), Amazon Pay, or convenience store payment. The payment method cannot be changed after the order is completed.

We accept VISA, MASTER, AMEX, and JCB.
Please check the contract status (limit amount, number of contracted payments, card number, etc.) before using. After the credit card is approved, the product will be shipped within 2 business days.

Amazon Pay
You can place an order using the credit card information registered on Amazon.co.jp. You need an Amazon.co.jp account to use it. The terms of payment and the closing date and withdrawal date will differ depending on the credit card registered with Amazon.co.jp.

Convenience store payment <br>Please pay within 4 days after ordering. A payment fee of 190 yen will be charged. Available convenience stores are 7-Eleven, Family Mart, Lawson, Ministop, and Daily.
Convenience store payments cannot be used for payments exceeding 300,000 yen.


Order Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges

Orders cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged unless the product is defective.
If the product is defective or incorrect, please contact us by phone or email within 3 days after receiving the product. We will exchange or refund the product. When returning the product, please enclose the invoice and send it by cash on delivery. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this deadline.
