It uses Täsmä, a waterproof and breathable material adopted in the TB Jacket and Tsurugi Jacket from 21FW to 24FW. Since it is seam-taped, it protects your valuable belongings from rain and snow, just like your apparel.

It has a surprisingly large capacity, enough for an overnight trip. The wide handle design reduces the burden on your shoulders even with heavy luggage. It's perfect as an everyday eco-bag or as a sub-bag to protect your main bag from sudden rain.

TB ZANTAN PROJECT

Optimized Manufacturing from Remnant Fabrics

About the Project

Rather than "using up," we "reconstruct" into optimal forms.

TETON BROS.'s manufacturing is always centered on the pursuit of "optimization." We pour the best technology and ideas of the moment into creating the best products. However, this never means "completion," but rather a step in the process of evolution.

While product development and production are carried out based on this philosophy, it is also true that in the process, fabrics that cannot be completely used up, known as remnant fabrics, are generated. We have always sought ways to utilize these remnant fabrics.

In this initiative, we decided to undertake the utilization of remnant fabrics not merely as "effective use of fabric," but as a project to continuously and further "optimize" it as a product that embodies TETON BROS.'s vision of sustainability. This is the "TB ZANTAN PROJECT."

Project Overview

Reconstructing remnant fabrics into new products

The TB ZANTAN PROJECT is an initiative to reconstruct remnant fabrics according to their intended use and create them as new products. What we emphasize here is not simply "using up" the fabric, but ensuring that even remnant fabrics possess the appropriate functions to be considered TETON BROS. products.

We believe this reflects our manufacturing philosophy itself: to pursue "optimization" even in the utilization of remnant fabrics.

Our Philosophy

01

Function First

Apparel is "gear" that can be life-saving. We do not compromise on function for environmental reasons. We value manufacturing that provides functions suitable for activities and can be used for a long time.

02

Keep — With Affection

As users repair and maintain their apparel, it transforms into a cherished and important item. We value the idea of "continuing to use with affection."

03

Reduce — Minimize

Practicing "Keep" leads to "reducing the cycle of replacement = Reduce." This is a form of sustainability that we can practice together with our users.
