La Sportiva's Skwama Lite Woman is a women's model for climbers stepping up from their first climbing shoes who want to develop more precise footwork in bouldering and lead. It works across a wide range, from repeat practice in the gym to sport climbing and real rock.
A light downturn and medium-asymmetric shape help channel power to the toe, while the toe box keeps room for your toes. It carries over the Skwama series' features while tuning the women's model toward a softer build — well suited to climbing with underfoot feel rather than relying on a tight fit or high rigidity.
A FriXion® Black sole that reads the shape of the holds
The 4mm FriXion® Black outsole is a sensitivity-focused rubber that handles everything from smears to small footholds. The Delta-Cut lets the forefoot flex, supporting moves where you use your foot as a surface on volumes and steep walls.
A full-length LaSpoFlex 1.1mm midsole combined with the P3® System keeps a soft feel while maintaining the support that holds the downturned shape and drives power to the toe.
Designed to fit into long training sessions
The unlined microfiber upper is soft, and the SkinLike™ 3-layer micro-base insole is mindful of breathability inside the shoe. Fit adjusts with a single hook-and-loop strap, making it easy to slip on and off between problems in the gym.
It features a rubber patch to support toe hooking and two heel pull-tabs to help with getting on and off. It is a vegan build with no animal-derived materials and can be machine washed at 30°C.
