Introduction
This product is based on the " Basic Cap " and is made by changing the material of the head part to a mesh fabric so that it can be worn comfortably even in summer while maintaining the same size.
The design of the main body is a basic 6-piece joint. The two parts, the eaves and the forehead, are made from the same material as the Basic Cap, and only the 4 parts of the head are changed to the mesh material.
In contrast to cycling caps, which have a shallow body and short eaves, the main body is loose and deep, and the eaves are not affected by the wind too much, and we aimed for just the right length to provide shade from the sun.
The eaves of the cap and the forehead are made of Toray Stunner®, a 100% nylon material that is water repellent, windproof, and permeable. It protects against wind and rain while preventing discomfort caused by perspiration, and has excellent durable water repellency.
Although it is a synthetic fiber, it has a natural look like a cotton blend, and the coating on the back gives it a moderately firm texture.
The head part uses a very strong 100% nylon mesh material that is also used in blade-proof vests. It is not a soft mesh and has some tension. It offers both strength and breathability.
The sweatband uses COOLMAX® fabric.
Made of 100% pique-shaped polyester material, it has the function of water absorption, quick drying and UV protection (UPF 40+).
Attention
We recommend that you put it in the net when washing.
Dark colored products may transfer dyes, so please wash separately from other items just in case.
Do not use detergents containing fluorescent brighteners or chlorine bleach.
Please avoid tumbler drying.
When ironing, be sure to use a pressing cloth and apply it from the back side.
The core of the eaves part uses a soft core, so the core itself will not break when bent, but if the eaves part is bent too finely, it will wrinkle and it will take time to return to its original state. Please avoid bending it intentionally.
