This vest-type insulation offers warmth, breathability, and light weight, making it ideal for active trail running. It can be used as both a midlayer and a base layer.
It uses Polartec Alpha Direct 60, which has an excellent balance of moderate warmth and breathability. It dries easily even when you sweat, and it also maintains its loft.
The back body is made of a single layer of Polartec Alpha Direct 60 to prevent stuffiness when you're active. The front body is layered with a lightweight woven fabric to reduce chill around the abdomen caused by the wind.
The side panels are made of stretchy fabric to ensure a comfortable fit when worn as a base layer.
It is also thin and lightweight, making it an easy item to carry as a mid-layer.
The pattern design features side panels for easy arm movement. The minimalist design omits pockets and other parts. The neckline, cuffs, and hem are finished with a stretch binder for easy on and off.
