This long-distance running pack is designed for trail runners tackling 100-mile races. It offers ample storage for essential gear while maintaining a snug fit, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free carrying experience even during long runs. Its versatility also makes it suitable for a wide range of activities, from trekking to fastpacking.
Material Composition Combining Lightness and Strength
The main body uses a 3-layer waterproof and breathable material with 20-denier nylon fabric woven with Dyneema® fibers. This construction enhances tear resistance without compromising lightness. Stretch mesh is placed on the bottom as a pass-through pocket, allowing for quick storage of items like discarded jackets. The vertical pocket on the right side, when used with the included cord, can also carry trekking poles.
Accessibility and Storage Innovations
The wide opening is secured by a double semi-auto zipper that curves broadly. It can be opened and closed from both the top and bottom, eliminating the need to search through the entire pack when retrieving items from inside. Inside, there is one zippered pocket and one patch pocket, making it easy to organize small items.
Body-Hugging Fit Design
The back panel features a moon-like rounded pattern for an improved body fit. The center of gravity is set slightly higher to minimize the perception of the load's weight. The chest strap uses a magnetic buckle, allowing for quick, one-handed opening and closing even while running.
