Fitting Size
Please measure your foot length and circumference to determine the appropriate size.
- L/Foot length : Shoe length measured at the sole
- C/Foot circumference : Circumference of the top quarter of the shoe
Note: Foot length is not the shoe size, but the actual measurement of the sole with a tape measure.

*When wearing these boots with crampon welts, please choose one size larger than the size chart above as the uppers are quite bulky. For details, please refer to the fitting size details below to calculate your size from your actual measurements.
*When you receive the crampons, please try them on the shoes you plan to use them in and refer to the enclosed printout to make sure they are attached correctly (and that the size is correct).
How to wear
HOW TO FIT
Please check the front and back of the crampons. The back is marked "BACK." Put the crampons on starting from your toes, making sure that the spikes are pointing outward, not toward the sole of your shoe. (Crampons are the same for both left and right shoes.)
<Caution!> If the micro crampon chain (wire) gets caught in the sole of your shoe, it may cause it to loosen, so be sure to check this before fitting the crampon to the forefoot.
Use both hands to pull the micro crampon towards your heel and then pull it up over your heel.
Pull the heel of the micro crampon up firmly to check that it fits snugly into your shoe.
When removing, follow the installation procedure in reverse.
<Attention!! ️>
If the joint between the elastomer and the chain (wire) is on the edge of the sole, it may cause the crampon to break, so make sure it is at least 1cm above the edge of the sole (if it is not, it may be the wrong size).
