Blade notches for thumb and fingers provide a professional grip for control and precision when slicing, dicing and mincing. The handle is made of heavy, well-balanced Pakkawood. The included sheath protects the blade for real-world use. The leather material will soften over time, graduating into a beautiful, smooth color.
