International Shipping

Shipping costs vary depending on your destination and the weight of your package. Exact shipping rates will be displayed during the checkout process.

Carriers & Delivery Methods

  • USA Orders: Shipped via FedEx (Delivered Duty Paid - DDP).
    Import duties and taxes are covered by us. You will not be charged additional fees upon receipt.
  • Orders to Other Countries: Shipped via EMS (Japan Post - DDU).
    Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be applied by your local customs office upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Important Notice:

  • We usually ship within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, or regulations specific to your country.
  • If a package is returned to us due to unpaid duties/taxes or refusal of delivery, the original shipping fee will not be refunded, and round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.

Loyalty Points Program

We offer a membership points program where you can earn points with every purchase.

How it works

  • Earn Points: You will automatically earn 1 point for every 100 JPY spent on our store.
  • Value: 1 Point = 1 JPY. Points can be used for discounts on future purchases.
  • How to Use: Please log in to your account to check your balance and redeem your points at checkout.
  • Expiration: Points are valid for 1 year from the date of your last purchase.

Order Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges

General Policy (All Sales Final)
Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged due to personal reasons (e.g., "changed my mind") unless the product is defective. Please check your order carefully before confirming.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us by email within 3 days (or 7 days as per policy) of receiving the product. We will arrange for an exchange or refund.

For Customers in the EU/UK
In accordance with local consumer laws, customers residing in the EU or UK have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
