[International Orders]
・Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
・Customs Duties & Taxes:

  - USA: Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). No additional fees upon receipt.

  - Other Countries: Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Import duties, taxes, and fees may be charged upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

We accept VISA, MASTER, AMEX, and JCB.
Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days after payment approval.

*Important:
"Convenience Store Payment" and "Pay-easy" are available only for residents in Japan.

Carrier: FedEx (DDP - Duties & Taxes included).

2. Other Countries
Carrier: EMS (Japan Post). Duties may apply upon receipt.

*Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days.
*Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or customs clearance.

[General Policy]
All sales are final unless the product is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us by email within 3 days of receipt.

[EU/UK Customers]
Residents of the EU/UK have the right to cancel orders within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, in accordance with local laws.
*Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is returned due to long-term absence, address errors, or refusal to pay customs duties (for non-USA orders), the order will be cancelled.

Refund Policy for Returns:
We will refund the order amount minus round-trip shipping fees and handling charges. If return costs exceed the product value, no refund will be issued.

・Gift wrapping is not available.
