Tsukamu is a no-handle cooker.
Although it is a simple shaped handle, it is packed with attention to detail. The material used is "DUPLEX," which is twice as strong and resilient as regular stainless steel. Although it is small, it can lift a cup containing 1L of water. And the size was set to 75mm, which fits easily into the bottom of the "Ti Demitasse 220NH". Furthermore, the black oxidation coloring gives it an unnecessarily cool finish.
