Especially in low mountains during summer, long hikes, trail running, and fastpacking, heat accumulating around the head can lead to discomfort. The HIVE CAP is a lightweight cap that allows wind to pass through easily and can be worn comfortably for extended periods.

From the 2026 model, it features "HIVE MESH," an original fabric developed jointly with a fabric manufacturer. While maintaining high breathability and lightness, its durability has also been enhanced by reviewing the yarn composition and knitting structure.

The core material of the HIVE CAP is the original fabric, HIVE MESH. In the mountains during hot weather, even if a hat protects you from the sun, heat can build up around your head. HIVE MESH is a material that prevents stuffiness in such situations and allows you to wear it comfortably for extended periods.

The main body uses polyester, partly made from recycled materials. The side mesh uses 100% recycled polyester. STATIC's commitment to environmental consideration is reflected not only in its lightness but also in its material selection.

The brim uses a unique core material developed by WORKROWN specifically for this cap. It is characterized by a balanced length, neither too short nor too long, and a texture that is neither too stiff nor too soft.

The HIVE CAP uses recycled nylon with fluorine-free C0 water repellent finish and recycled polyester material. Recycled materials are also used as much as possible for accessories such as shock cords.

Recycled materials are also used for woven labels and quality display labels, and cutting waste generated during product manufacturing is not incinerated but sent to recycling companies. In addition, this product is delivered wrapped in thin paper without plastic individual packaging.
