About the Project
Not just "using up," but "reconstructing" into an optimal form.
TETON BROS.'s manufacturing is always centered on the pursuit of "optimization." We pour in the best technologies and ideas available at any given time to create the finest products. However, this never signifies "completion," but rather is merely a stage in evolution.
While we develop and produce products based on this philosophy, it is also true that in the process, fabric remnants – leftover fabric that cannot be fully used – inevitably arise. We have constantly sought ways to utilize these remnants.
In this initiative, we decided to undertake a project to transform remnant fabric utilization from simply "effective use of fabric" into a product that embodies TETON BROS.'s vision of sustainability, continuously and with greater "optimization." This is the "TB ZANTAN PROJECT."

The TB ZANTAN PROJECT is an initiative to reconfigure remnant fabric according to its purpose and create new products. What we emphasize here is not simply "using up" the fabric, but ensuring that even with remnants, the products possess the appropriate functionality to be worthy of the TETON BROS. name.
We believe this reflects our manufacturing philosophy itself: the pursuit of "optimization" even in the utilization of remnant fabric.
