The warmest brushed softshell for winter activity and everyday wear (Women's)
The WS Absaroka Pant is a double-weave softshell pant with a wind-resistant, C0 DWR-finished face fabric and a brushed stretch fabric on the skin side. It's the warmest pant in the series, warm enough in some conditions that tights underneath aren't needed even in deep winter.
Fabric and warmth
The fabric is a 94% nylon / 6% polyurethane Stretch Softshell. The face sheds wind, and its C0 DWR finish repels light rain and snow. The brushed interior traps air, balancing warmth on the move with a soft feel against skin. The high stretch means the fabric's heft doesn't get in the way of a stride or bending.
Mobility and silhouette
A tapered silhouette below the knee, combined with a three-dimensional pattern and stretch, keeps leg movement smooth on climbs, descents, or a wide stride. It's designed to be as easy to wear for winter hiking or snowy-field activity as it is for everyday cold-weather wear.
Everyday-use details
The waist is fine-tuned with an internal cord. The grip resists loosening, staying stable through repeated walking and sitting.
Angled waist pockets are easy to reach into, and the hip is a thin, low-profile shape. Small items don't bulk up or disrupt the silhouette.
