Overseas Shipping (from Japan)

Shipping costs vary depending on your destination, the weight of your package, and the shipping method you choose.
Exact shipping rates will be displayed during the checkout process. All international orders will be shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) from Japan.

Important Notice:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be applied by your local customs office upon arrival. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please check with your local customs office for details before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, refusal of entry, or regulations specific to your country.

  • If a package is returned to us due to unpaid duties/taxes or refusal of delivery, the original shipping fee will not be refunded, and reshipping costs will be charged if reshipment is requested.

  • Some items may be prohibited or restricted in certain countries. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the products purchased can be legally imported into their country.

Designated delivery date: You can set a date after 3 days from the date of purchase.
Delivery time zone: You can specify the following time zone.
・Morning ・12:00~14:00 ・14:00~16:00 ・16:00~18:00 ・18:00~20:00 ・19:00~21:00

Unless otherwise specified, we usually ship within 3 business days.
*Delivery may be delayed if orders are concentrated.
*Product arrival may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, locality, etc.
*Items ordered separately cannot be shipped together. All orders will be shipped.

About payment

You can choose to pay by credit card, smartphone payment (LINE Pay, Merpay, PayPay), Amazon Pay, or convenience store payment. The payment method cannot be changed after the order is completed.

credit card payment
We accept VISA, MASTER, AMEX, and JCB.
Please check the contract status (limit amount, number of contracted payments, card number, etc.) before using. After the credit card is approved, the product will be shipped within 2 business days.
The withdrawal date and the number of contracted payments will vary depending on the type of credit card and contract details, so please check with your credit card company for details.

Smartphone payment
You can use LINE Pay, Merpay, PayPay.

Convenience store payment <br>Please pay within 4 days after ordering. A payment fee of 190 yen will be charged. Available convenience stores are 7-Eleven, Family Mart, Lawson, Ministop, and Daily.
Convenience store payments cannot be used for payments exceeding 300,000 yen.

 

Order Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges

Orders cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged unless the product is defective.
If the product is defective or incorrect, please contact us by phone or email within 3 days after receiving the product. We will exchange or refund the product. When returning the product, please enclose the invoice and send it by cash on delivery. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this deadline.
