Material
The material used is "Dyneema® CT5K.18/wov.32c".
This material is composed of a 50 denier polyester woven fabric on the surface, a 0°/90° UHMWPE (※1) fiber middle layer, and a polyester film on the back. It is a lightweight material with excellent durability and waterproofness (water pressure resistance of 20,000 mm or more). The hybrid laminate with polyester woven fabric makes it a sturdy material with excellent tear strength and puncture strength.
(※1) UHMWPE is an abbreviation for Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene, which refers to ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene is a polyethylene that has an average molecular weight of 1 million or more and is classified as an engineering plastic that has excellent slip resistance, abrasion resistance, and high strength.
The fabric is very stiff when you first start using it, but as you use it, it will develop creases and become more flexible. (Due to the nature of the material, it will have creases when you purchase it.)
Introduction
This pouch is for carrying various gear in small compartments.
On the left side, there is a hand loop made of 0.5 cm wide polypropylene tape, so you can hang it on when taking it out of a backpack or bag, or grab it when opening a zipper to open it very smoothly. It is also convenient to carry it by itself.
The zipper slider has a polyester pull tab.
There are loops on both ends of the top. By using the separately sold " Shoulder Strap Tough ", it can also be used as a simple shoulder pouch.
The zipper is made of YKK AquaGuard®. The zipper surface is coated with polyurethane, making it highly water-resistant.
It is designed to be very water resistant, but not completely waterproof.
For tools that you absolutely do not want to get wet, use a Ziploc bag as an inner bag as shown in the image above.
Small Ziploc® freezer bags fit perfectly.
The material used in this product, Dyneema® CT5K.18/wov.32c, has the characteristic that the more you use it, the more wrinkles it will add to the softer feel. As wrinkles are added and the bag shrinks slightly overall, the zipper will become wavy. The creases in the bottom gusset will disappear, the corners will be rounded, and it will become more rounded. Of course, it can still be used and will continue to change. It is one of my personal favorite materials.

Attention
Both the fabric and zipper used are waterproof materials, but the seams are not sealed, so the product is not completely waterproof.
If the surface becomes dirty, wipe it with a damp cloth to clean it.
