The adidas TERREX AGRAVIC SL is a trail running shoe that pairs a light, quick feel with the comfort and stability you need for everyday trail running.

It features a lightweight, responsive midsole, a lugged outsole that grips the ground, and an engineered mesh upper that supports the foot. From picking up the tempo on runnable forest roads and groomed trails to holding a steady rhythm on courses with climbs, descents and changing surfaces, it is built to be easy to use across a wide range of trails.

LIGHTSTRIKE PRO for light, quick footwork

The midsole uses adidas' high-rebound foam, LIGHTSTRIKE PRO. It keeps cushioning while supporting the move from landing into the next stride. The build aims for a light shoe that doesn't feel heavy even when you want to hold pace on climbs and runnable sections.

The stack height is 39mm at the heel and 33mm at the forefoot, for a 6mm drop. It keeps enough thickness while balancing a quick, speedy weight transfer with a stable ride.

A mix of lug depths to grip the ground

The outsole uses Continental™ rubber, which delivers grip on both wet and dry surfaces.

Combining 3.5mm and 4mm lugs, it handles not only firm dirt and forest roads but also fine undulations and trails where surface conditions change. Even when you want to open up the pace, it is designed to keep you moving while holding grip underfoot.

A hold structure that goes beyond just being light

The upper uses an engineered mesh built with breathability and durability in mind. TPU overlays placed where needed, together with a structure that wraps the whole foot, support a stable fit on the trail while keeping the shoe light.

Beyond just being light for fast running, it is also designed so the foot doesn't move around too much inside the shoe on trails with lots of landings and direction changes.
