The ergonomically designed handle uses selected bright ash wood from FSC® certified forests in Europe. The functional grip heel allows for various holding positions, maintaining stable knife balance for cutting, mincing, slicing, peeling, and more. With this single knife, you can enjoy cooking with seasonal ingredients.
The distinctive wide blade is made from recycled Swedish stainless steel and features a unique grind specialized for cutting food. The black PC coating on the blade creates a beautiful contrast between the bright ash wood of the handle and the edge of the blade. Comes with a vegetable-tanned leather sheath, tanned without the use of chemicals.
