An AURORA print inspired by northern waters, on a mid-weight micro fleece pullover
A men's fleece from "FISHDOM," the second Foxfire × PAPERSKY collaboration. The original textile "AURORA," born from time spent by freezing northern waters, is expressed here in an all-over Ink Blue print. The design pairs the mythical Sakhalin taimen with an aurora shimmering across the night sky, carrying the mood of a winter journey to the far north. The mid-weight micro fleece offers moderate warmth, making this pullover easy to layer in the cold season.
Material and comfort
The fabric is a 100% polyester print fleece. Fine napping traps air for a good balance of light weight and warmth. An anti-static finish keeps clinging and static shocks to a minimum even when layering in dry weather. Weight is 330g.
An easy-to-wear pullover design
A stand-collar pullover with a snap placket that closes up to the neck, making temperature adjustment simple and putting it on or taking it off smooth. It has one zip pocket at the chest and zip hand-warmer pockets at both sides, handy for carrying small items.
The collaboration and the textile
FISHDOM is a Foxfire × PAPERSKY collaboration line themed around journeys involving fish and waterside settings. The stage for the second installment is winter in the northern land. "AURORA" is an all-over design layering the imagery of the Sakhalin taimen and the aurora, adding a sense of travel to warm gear that comes alive in cold climates.
