"ALL ELEVATION" - as the name suggests, this women's model of STATIC's versatile base layer is designed to accompany you from the trailhead to the windy ridgeline. It adapts to all environmental changes and is crafted to maintain comfort.

True Comfort Taught by Natural Materials

At STATIC, we advocate for minimizing petroleum-derived fibers in layers that directly touch the skin, instead harnessing the power of natural materials. Our choice is "Merino wool." It retains warmth in winter and releases heat in summer. Furthermore, with its high moisture-wicking and natural odor-resistant properties, this fiber is truly a "high-performance" material for long and multi-day outdoor activities.

Even during the high-perspiration spring and summer seasons, it prevents stickiness and chills. The answer we arrived at was our unique "ALL ELEVATION fabric," a blend of Merino wool and recycled polyester.

"Border Mesh" - The Wisdom of Bishu

We collaborated with experts from Bishu, Japan's proud wool sanctuary, to evolve the fabric into a softer and more skin-friendly feel while maintaining its traditional functionality. Its main feature is its unique "uneven border mesh structure."

"Recessed" areas release heat: The thinly knitted areas enhance breathability, quickly expelling excess heat during activity.

• "Raised" areas absorb sweat and insulate: The raised areas that touch the skin quickly absorb sweat, preventing chills during breaks and maintaining appropriate warmth.

• Versatile layering: Worn alone, it offers excellent ventilation, and when paired with a wind shell, it creates an insulating layer that traps dead air. Whether as an inner layer or on its own, it's an indispensable item all year round.

Shrink-Proofing That Cares for the Environment, Skin, and "People"

The process for preventing wool shrinkage also embodies STATIC's philosophy. We use a "non-chlorine resin shrink-proofing process" that uses neither chlorine nor resin.

Unlike conventional processing, it leaves the natural "scales" of the wool intact, modifying the hydrophobic scales to be hydrophilic. By attaching hybrid collagen, it prevents fibers from tangling.

No compromise on function: By preserving the scales that regulate wool's moisture-wicking properties, the product maintains its natural regulatory functions.

• Pure feel on the skin: Since no resin coating is applied, what touches your skin is the natural texture of wool.

• Sustainable workplace: The words of our artisans, "Because we don't use chlorine, it's safe for our health at work," are also an important background to this product.

CO2 Reduction: We use recycled polyester to reduce the environmental impact during manufacturing.

• Zero Waste: Cutting waste generated during manufacturing is not discarded but recycled into materials for other products.

• Attention to Detail: Tags and labels are made from recycled polyester or cotton.

• Plastic-Free: Individual plastic packaging bags have been abolished; products are wrapped in thin paper.

Flat Seams Adopted: From the 2025 model, flat seams are used for a smoother feel against the skin, minimizing irritation from chafing.
