It smoothly adapts to changes in road surfaces such as trails, forest roads, uneven terrain, and paved roads. Since you can move forward without forcefully kicking off, it helps suppress the accumulation of fatigue in the latter half, leading to a sense of security over long distances.

Grip that handles all types of surfaces
The Vibram MEGAGRIP x TRACTION LUG outsole provides stable grip on wet surfaces and uneven terrain. The lugs are 4mm, not excessively deep, making it easy to run on roads and packed forest roads, and adaptable to a wide range of conditions.
Points for use
The outsole lugs tend to wear out slightly faster compared to the upper and midsole. However, the decrease in grip performance due to wear is not significant, and the practical sense of security is maintained.
