"ALL ELEVATION" - as the name suggests, this versatile base layer embodies STATIC's philosophy, designed for wear in all situations, from the trailhead to windy ridgelines, and even for relaxing after your descent.

Commitment to Natural Materials

At STATIC, we advocate for using the power of natural materials for layers that come into direct contact with the skin, minimizing the use of petroleum-derived fibers. The star of the show is merino wool, a natural air conditioner that stores warmth in winter and releases heat in summer. In outdoor settings, it is an extremely high-performance fiber, offering not only insulation but also moisture regulation, odor resistance, and a soft feel against the skin.

Even in the highly active spring and summer seasons, we aim for greater comfort and toughness. The answer, found after much trial and error, is "ALL ELEVATION fabric," a blend of merino wool and recycled polyester yarn.

"Border Mesh" Reconstructed with Bishu Technology

In collaboration with experts from Bishu, Japan's proud wool sanctuary, we have evolved the conventional ALL ELEVATION to be softer and more comfortable while retaining its original features. Its main characteristic is its unique "uneven border mesh structure."

  • "Recessed" areas for breathability: The fabric is thinned to promote heat dissipation and airflow during activity, preventing excessive heat buildup.

  • "Raised" areas for warmth and sweat absorption: Slightly thicker raised areas quickly draw sweat away from the skin, preventing chills before and after activity and during breaks, while providing appropriate warmth.

  • The magic of layering: When worn alone, it offers excellent breathability. When paired with a windshell, it traps dead air, transforming into an insulating layer. It's a versatile item that can be used year-round, either as an inner layer or on its own.

Shrink-Proofing Gentle on the Environment, Skin, and "People"

We make no compromises on shrink-proofing to prevent wool shrinkage. We employ a "chlorine- and resin-free shrink-proofing process" that uses neither chlorine nor resin.

Unlike conventional processing, it does not remove the "scales" on the surface of the wool. Instead, it modifies the hydrophobic scales to be hydrophilic and adheres hybrid collagen to them, preventing the fibers from tangling (i.e., shrinking).

  • Unleashing wool's true potential: By retaining the scales that control moisture regulation, we achieve a product that fully utilizes wool's inherent functions.

  • Gentle on the skin: Since there is no resin coating, only pure wool fibers touch the skin.

  • Consideration for the manufacturing site: The developer's comment, "Since we don't use chlorine, it's safe for our health working on site," is one of the important reasons we chose this process.

SUSTAINABILITY: Commitment to the Environment

  • CO2 Reduction: Uses recycled polyester to reduce environmental impact during manufacturing.

  • Circular Manufacturing: Cutting waste generated during manufacturing is not discarded but recycled as material for other products.

  • Eco-friendly details: Tags and labels also use recycled materials or cotton.

  • Plastic-Free: Eliminates individual plastic bags, delivered wrapped in tissue paper.

PRODUCT FEATURE: Evolving Details

  • Flat Seam (from 2025 model): Adopts flat seams to make the seams flat. This pursues comfort against the skin and reduces stress from chafing during prolonged activity.

  • Long Back: The back length is designed to be longer to prevent the back from showing when bending over.

  • Active Fit: A moderately regular fit that follows intense movements.
