The CORDURA SPECTRA RIP used in the main body is made of Cordura nylon and Honeywell Spectra® fiber arranged in a lattice pattern.
Both the warp and weft are made of 210D Cordura nylon and 200D Spectra, making up a 4mm square ripstop.

Introduction
Since I started making gear, I have continued to make several different types of packs, such as shoulder bags and sacoches, which are worn with a belt over the shoulder.
"Short on the obi and long on the sash"
It's difficult to create something that is completely satisfying in all aspects. I think I will continue to make this ``shoulder'' item from now on. However, this "Tri Pack" is currently packed with all the shapes, sizes, and functions that I want to make.
As the name "Tri" suggests, it has 3 storage areas and 3 ways to use it.
3 storage
The front mesh pocket has been made into a mesh pocket for high visibility. It is also recommended to store items that you want to see and take out immediately, such as wet towels and washcloths.
The inside has a separate pocket in addition to the main pocket, so you can separate the items inside.
It also has a built-in hook to keep your keys and wallet connected.

When using it as a front pack, please use a commercially available carabiner. The carabiner in the image is "NITE IZE - Slide Lock Carabiner #2".
Pass it through the tape on the chest part of the shoulder harness and use it in your desired position.

Kiwada Masaaki Shoten is a factory that has passed the approval of about 100 products for the regional brand Toyooka Bag.
What is Toyooka Bag?
As a brand designated as a regional brand by the Japan Patent Office, there is a strict examination, and Masaaki Kiwada Shoten Co., Ltd. has passed approximately 100 products. Therefore, we are confident in the quality of our bags. The examination details are: Are there any scratches on the leather part? Is the thread condition good? Has it been reinforced? There are 14 items such as, and unless all 14 items are passed, it will not be recognized as a Toyooka bag.

I think it is very valuable to be able to share even a little bit of the technology, experience, knowledge, etc. that the factory has cultivated over the years to make the product for the product you want to make.
When cutting each part, create a mold like the image above.
Using a mold, we put the fabric and mold into a large press machine and press cut it.
Small parts and special materials that cannot be handled with molds are cut using a CAM (automatic cutting machine).
A very large computerized sewing machine. It is possible to perform sewing using pre-input input, which prevents blurring caused by the sewing person.
For example, how many times should you drop the needle on a 2cm wide tape and how many times should it go back and forth? If you input this information in advance, the stitches will be sewn neatly and without any blurring.

Attention
The fabric used is waterproof. It will prevent water from entering in light rain, but if exposed to heavy rain for a long time, water may enter through the seams. It is not completely waterproof. For luggage that you do not want to get wet, please prepare a separate pack liner and place it in a completely waterproof pack before storing it.
If the surface gets dirty, please wipe it with a damp cloth. We do not recommend washing this product. Even washing without detergent can cause the fabric to peel.
However, we do not recommend storing it while it is dirty with sweat. If you are concerned about the smell, please remove the pad stored on the back and gently wash your hands with water without detergent.
