milestone Daybreak Long Sleeve Shirt

On the day I received this shirt, I went on a whirlwind hike to Mt. Hyonose in Hyogo Prefecture.

When you first think about bringing a shirt to the mountains, you probably wonder if it can be used as a substitute for a wind shell. In fact, most shirts sold by outdoor manufacturers are made of nylon, which is the same or similar material as a wind shell. In fact, it has the same usability as a wind shell and can be used in a way that is unique to shirts.

Speaking of small details, this Daybreak Long Sleeve Shirt is wrinkle-resistant and has a high wrinkle recovery. It also has tape to prevent static electricity, so you can wear it without stress.

I have my own solution to the disadvantage of the windproof performance. I could wear a wind shell over the shirt, but since I wanted to use the shirt as a substitute for the wind shell, I felt a bit clumsy.
So, what you want to use together with the shirt is Active Insulation. It is exposed clothing such as Alpha Direct and Octa. When it is a little cold, wearing it on top simply increases the windproof performance. When it is even colder, you can increase the heat retention by putting Active Insulation on the inside and the shirt on the outside. If it is even colder, you can wear a rain jacket. Active Insulation is more compact and lighter than down, and depending on how you use it, you can expect it to have the same heat retention as thin down.

By introducing the Daybreak Long Sleeve Shirt and using layering techniques, I think I can now handle new temperature ranges that I couldn't before. I'm also grateful that I can wear it as everyday clothing. I can wear this shirt to any nice store!
