With a vest-style fit and a storage layout you can reach easily even while running, it keeps up with your fastest pace. A pack built to support every challenge—light, nimble long-distance fastpacking and speed hiking.

Fast Kumo | a vest-style fastpack that balances speed and a locked-in feel
The Fast Kumo is an ultralight backpack of 36L total, specialized for fastpacking.
Its standout features are the layered shoulder straps that heighten your sense of unity with the pack, and the dual sternum (chest) straps. Pockets sit within reach so you can grab trail food, a bottle, or your smartphone without stopping.
Features
● A vest-style harness that prevents bounce
Two chest straps (dual sternum straps) hold it more firmly to your body. The layered shoulder straps carry pockets for a bottle and trail food, plus a zippered pocket for your smartphone.
● Storage you can reach on the move
The side pockets are designed to be reached from both the top and the side while you're wearing the pack. The "Fastbelt," with its stretch-mesh zip pocket, can also be removed as needed.
● Light, with a distinctive back system
It uses the "Over-the-Top" closure that's a Gossamer Gear signature. A removable Sitlight pad is built into the back panel, doubling as a seat cushion at rest or as a supplement to a sleeping pad.
● Details
A hydration-tube routing system and a "trash stash pocket" for quickly tucking away rubbish on the move help make for a stress-free outing.

*Because it's designed to be carried higher and tighter than the original Kumo, the torso length is set a little shorter. Please take care when choosing your size.
Torso length:
- S/M: approx. 35.5cm – 50.8cm
- M/L: approx. 40.6cm – 58.4cm
Sizing tip: if you're torn between two sizes, use the following as a guide.
- If you value shoulder wrap and want to wear the hip belt higher: size down (S/M)
- If you'd rather wear the hip belt a little lower: size up (M/L)
