Everbreath Photon Jacket (MEN'S)

finetrack's EverBreath® Photon Jacket is a waterproof mountaineering jacket that keeps you comfortable even in harsh environments.

The combination of our proprietary "EverBreath® Membrane" and excellent stretch material provides a flexible fit and high breathability. It is less likely to become stuffy even during intense exercise or long periods of activity, and reduces discomfort caused by sweat.

The biggest feature is the AquaGuard® Tightened waterproof zipper, which was jointly developed with YKK. By eliminating the flap, we have improved ease of use and design while achieving the same or better waterproof performance as conventional products.

Made from a porous membrane of polycarbonate-based polyurethane, Everbreath® achieves the highest level of waterproof and breathable properties, while also being extremely slow to deteriorate due to hydrolysis, providing durability that enables it to maintain its high performance for a long time.
Compared to previous models, the waterproof/breathable membrane is more resistant to damage caused by repeated stretching and oily stains, and the basic performance as rainwear has been improved.

① Does not get stuffy even when wet

In a comparative test in which the fabric was soaked in water for over 12 hours and its moisture permeability was measured, EverBreath® Photon maintained approximately 80% of its moisture permeability when dry. While most other fabrics only dropped to around 20%, EverBreath® Photon demonstrated overwhelming comfort.

② Maintains waterproof properties even after repeated stretching

Even after 20,000 forced stretch tests, EverBreath® Photon maintained nearly 100% water pressure resistance . While the waterproofness of other products deteriorated rapidly, EverBreath® Photon's extremely high durability was confirmed.

3. Maintains waterproof properties even under heavy use

Even after 30,000 abrasion tests, EverBreath® Photon maintains approximately 80% water pressure resistance . It is abrasion resistant enough to withstand friction with a backpack or use on rocky terrain.

YKK AquaGuard® Tightened zipper

Uses the new waterproof zipper " AquaGuard® Tightened " jointly developed by finetrack and YKK. The left and right zipper tapes are tightly attached in the center, physically blocking water from entering. Even without the flap, it recorded the same waterproof performance (0.15g vs. 0.16g) as the conventional flap model in an 8-hour rain test.

By eliminating the flap, we have achieved smooth opening and closing, a smart design, and a lightweight design - details worthy of a new generation of waterproof jackets.

Stretch performance is approximately 107% vertically and 117% horizontally. *We paid particular attention to the JIS L 1096 sewing specifications and patterns to ensure "stress-free ease of movement" even in wind and rain.
