Energy and electrolytes from a drink mix, built for long efforts
VFUEL Endurance Drink Mix is a powder mix — dissolve one 51g packet in 600–800ml of water. It's built to deliver carbohydrate, electrolytes, and amino acids alongside your fluids during long races and training sessions. Energy per packet runs 191.3–194.3kcal depending on flavor, with 47.2–47.8g of carbohydrate.
Glucose-based, with no fructose
The energy source is glucose-based, with no fructose. The formula is designed to ease the digestive load of sustained fueling and reduce the risk of the stomach trouble that tends to show up late in a race. Rather than relying on gels alone for energy, it's built for continuous carbohydrate intake alongside your water.
An electrolyte profile built around sweat loss
In long efforts, sweat can carry off more than 1,000mg of sodium per hour. VFUEL Endurance Drink Mix uses a high-concentration electrolyte formula with about 470mg of sodium, and also includes potassium chloride and magnesium chloride — electrolytes that plain water alone doesn't replace.
Taurine, L-ornithine, and L-citrulline
The formula also includes an amino acid blend of taurine, L-ornithine, and L-citrulline, included to support the processing of ammonia — one of the fatigue factors that builds up during exercise. It's a formulation built with sustained effort in mind, not just energy and electrolytes on their own.
Three flavors for the long haul
Ginger Twist
A flavor built around ginger's distinct kick. The ginger is meant to settle the stomach while its flavor naturally masks the saltiness, making it easier to keep drinking through hot conditions or a long race.
Raspberry Lemonade
Tart raspberry paired with the bright acidity of lemon. The clean finish is designed not to wear on you, even with repeated servings over a long effort.
Hojicha
A roasted hojicha tea flavor with a mellow sweetness. It offers a different direction from the usual sweet-and-sour sports drink flavors, making it a good option for a flavor change-up in the middle stretch of a race.
Born on the ultramarathon trail
VFUEL got its start in 2011 in Colorado, developed by ultramarathon runners. After extensive field testing at mountain races like Leadville and Hardrock, production later moved to Japan. Endurance Drink Mix carries that same endurance-sport background — built for fueling that has to hold up over many hours.
