A three-pair set of running socks for training days and everyday wear
The THE NORTH FACE Running Uneven Dry 3P Crew is a three-pair set of crew-length socks that covers running, walking and everyday use.
The sole uses an uneven pile with a textured surface, built to manage humidity inside the shoe and keep it comfortable. Arch support and reinforcement at the toe and heel round out the features daily running asks for, without adding complication.
The Multi Color Orange we received has a white base with a differently coloured logo on each of the three pairs. It is easy to rotate through as training socks, and easy to pair with everyday sneakers.
A textured sole that handles moisture inside the shoe
The sole uses what is called an uneven pile, a textured construction.
Rather than covering the whole footbed at a uniform thickness, the texture is designed to manage humidity inside the shoe and maintain comfort while running.
It suits running, where you sweat, but also long walks and hikes where you keep your shoes on for hours.
Arch support underfoot while you run
Arch support runs through the instep.
By fitting the sole of the foot to a moderate degree, it supports the foot while limiting how much the sock moves during a run.
The fabric combines recycled polyester with cotton, nylon and polyurethane, keeping the performance of a running sock while giving a natural handfeel that works day to day.
Reinforced at toe and heel
Reinforcement yarn is used at the toe and heel, where friction against the shoe is highest.
It is a spec that considers durability in the areas that wear first, given how often these socks get worn for running and walking.
DEORANGE antibacterial and odour control
THE NORTH FACE's own DEORANGE antibacterial, odour-control finish is applied.
By limiting the growth of odour-causing bacteria on the fibre, it reduces odour. A useful feature for sweaty runs and for long days spent in your shoes.
Three pairs, easy to rotate
Each item contains three pairs of crew-length socks.
Rotate them through daily runs, or keep some for running and some for everyday wear. Having three pairs makes them easy to use without thinking about it, which suits anyone who has made running part of their routine.
