The Berget is the first Hele knife to use Micarta for the handle.
This compact yet robust folding knife is based on the smallest module in the Helle folding series. Its pocket-friendly size and sharp Scandi grind blade make it a reliable knife for outdoor activities and everyday carry (EDC).
Compact yet robust
The blade is made of 12C27 stainless steel from Alleima, Sweden.
The blade is 55mm long and approximately 2.7mm thick, and has a drop point shape that slopes gently from the handle to the tip.
The robust lockback mechanism gives the folding knife the stability of a fixed blade. It also features a nail nick, allowing you to hook your fingernail into the blade for safe opening.
First use of Micarta handle
The handle is made of Micarta, which is durable, water-resistant, and easy to maintain.
Micarta is a composite material made by laminating and pressurizing cloth, paper, and other materials with phenolic resin to harden them. Its characteristics include being non-slip even when wet and providing a firm grip.
A new option has been added to the lineup, which has previously focused on natural materials such as curly birch, a symbol of Helle, as well as wood, leather, deer and reindeer antlers. This model combines Helle's tradition and innovation.
