&WALL will be holding a "Kids Challenge"!
This event is aimed at elementary school students. Everyone is welcome, from those who have just started bouldering to those who want to try their hand at competitions. There are challenges at various levels, so you can test your skills and have fun with friends. Let's all experience the sense of accomplishment when you reach the goal!

◤Kids (for elementary school students)◢

10 1st and 2nd year students (up to 6th quarter)
10 third and fourth year students (up to 5th quarter)
10 people from 5th and 6th grade (up to 4th quarter) *For elementary school students *Those who can climb 3rd quarter or above should join the general division.

Venue and access information

[Venue] &WALL (3-5-8 Nishiishikiricho, Higashiosaka City, Osaka Prefecture)
[Access] 2 minutes walk from Shin-Ishikiri Station on the Kintetsu Keihanna Line. *The gym's parking lot will not be available on the day of the competition. Please use public transportation if possible, and if you are driving, please park in a nearby coin parking lot. Bicycle parking is available.
*There is no viewing space within the venue. During the preliminary rounds of the general competition, we ask that only participants and their guardians enter the facility.

Elementary, junior high and high school students

Elementary school students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for both the kids' competition and the general competition.
Rental shoes will not be provided for the Kids' Competition. Please use your own climbing shoes or indoor shoes.
Participants aged 18 and over (junior high school students) will need a parental consent form. Please download the consent form here, sign it, and bring it with you on the day of the event.

◤Agreement◢

In order to ensure the safety of the tournament, please understand and agree to the following before participating in the tournament.

・Participants acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their own actions in participating in the tournament.
・I promise to participate in the tournament in a state where I am in good health.
・Please bring the designated equipment to participate in the tournament.
・When participating in the tournament, I will follow the instructions of the organizer.
・If I injure myself or injure someone else, I will be solely responsible for the injury and will not make any claims for expenses or damages related to the injury to the organizer.
・Once payment has been completed, cancellations or changes to events will not be accepted.
・We cannot provide refunds after the payment procedure has been completed, regardless of the reason.
I will participate in the event at my own risk, taking care to stay healthy and free of any heart disease or other illnesses, and having undergone sufficient training.

Changes and cancellations of the tournament

・The event may be canceled or its contents may be changed due to bad weather or environmental factors that affect the smooth running of the event. If a weather warning is expected to be issued in advance, the event may be canceled. In such cases, we will notify you of changes or cancellations to your email address by 5:00 PM on the day before the event.
・In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as earthquakes or other natural disasters, bad weather, illness, incidents, or accidents, the organizers may, at their discretion, change or reduce the content of the event, or cancel the event.
- The organizers will decide how to notify participants of cancellations, changes to or reductions in the course during the event.

Regarding refunds for tournament cancellations

More than 90% of the costs of this event are covered by entry fees, and refunding entry fees would be a major hindrance to the operation of the event. In the event of a sudden change in the operational environment due to severe weather, earthquakes, storms, floods, incidents, accidents, epidemics, etc. after application for the event, the organizers will make the decision on a case-by-case basis regarding whether to scale down or cancel the event, and whether to refund entry fees, the amount, and the method of notification.

Handling of personal information

・Personal information submitted when applying to participate in the tournament will be managed by our store and used only to the extent necessary to run the tournament (such as taking out insurance and sending materials, etc.).
・Copyright and portrait rights of photographs taken by staff during the tournament belong to the organizer. You agree that the tournament footage, photographs, articles, records, etc. (personal information such as name, age, gender, records, portrait, etc.) may be used on the Internet, in print, in mass media, etc., and that the copyright, publication rights, and usage rights belong to the organizer.
・Personal information of tournament applicants will not be used for any purpose other than providing necessary information regarding the tournament.
