Patagonia's Friction Belt pairs a thin, 3 cm-wide webbing strap with a corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum buckle. At just 62 g, it stays slim under belt loops without extra bulk. The 109 cm length is one-size-fits-all across every color. It can also double as a simple strap for securing gear when needed.

Materials & construction
The webbing is made from 100% recycled nylon or 100% recycled polyester, depending on color. The buckle is aluminum with an anodized finish for better corrosion resistance. It's made in a Fair Trade Certified factory in Vietnam (Kanaan Bao Loc Co., Ltd.), where workers receive a premium for the goods produced.
