The W-FACE POUCH 1 is a 1L stuff pouch built on the idea that it can be used every day, from home to the outdoors. At a light 25g, it also handles well as an inner bag, simplifying how you organize your gear for travel, everyday use, and storage at home.
Two rooms built for sorting, with a sliding divider
It pairs a unique two-room structure with a divider between the compartments that slides. Because you can flexibly shift how much space each side gets, sorting things intuitively — before and after use, WET and DRY, clean and dirty — comes naturally. Used as an inner bag inside a pack, you can open just the side you need and get smooth access.
Switching between a nylon face and a mesh face
It uses two kinds of material. A water-resistant, easy-to-pack nylon face, and a mesh face with better visibility into its contents and better breathability. Sort wet items or anything you're worried about smelling toward the breathable side, and small items or a change of clothes toward the other, to match the purpose.
A just-right size, pursued to the detail
The 1L size was arrived at through repeated testing and verification across every use scenario and piece of gear imagined. It's weighted toward balancing how it sits as an inner bag with how easy it is to reach into, and it earns its keep widely — not just outdoors, but for travel, everyday use, and storage at home.
Storage features built with home storage in mind
The bottom is printed with a checklist so you can see what's inside at a glance. Its box-like form stacks easily and tends to stand on its own on a shelf or in a drawer. A color design that doesn't clash with your room's interior, and a look that makes you want to collect the set, round it out.
Development background and usability details
It's based on PAAGO WORKS' "BEFORE&AFTER." Keeping the strength of its two-compartment structure that separates before and after use, the entrances were aligned in the same direction to improve usability. Gear used across hiking, running, camping, and travel was classified and measured to decide the size. Stack it with the bottom print facing out, and it works as a system that shows you where everything is at a glance.
