Male: Shoe size 25.5 cm... size 6 fit me.
Woman: My foot size is 23.5cm...size 4 is roomy enough to wear thick socks, but size 3 is too tight so I chose size 4.
Woman: Foot size 24.5cm...Size 5 is a little loose, but fits perfectly with thick socks.
