This is a tomato stew with lamb, beans, and a hint of plum, served with "bulgur" (cracked durum wheat). It has a Middle Eastern x African x French flair. It's, well, stylish. And delicious (vocabulary shortage!).
It was created with the image of the wilderness-like landscape of sulfur and rocks in the Kuju mountain range.
Incidentally, "bulgur" is gaining attention as a superfood due to its high nutritional value and rich content of dietary fiber, minerals, and vitamins.
