The Samaya NANO BIVY is a full seam ultra lightweight bivy constructed from 3 layer waterproof/breathable Nanovent® fabric with DCF material on the bottom floor.
Weighing just 245g, the bivi is lightweight and compact, and all you need to do is spread it out and slide your mat, sleeping bag and body into the bivi to set up your bed.
The NANO BIVY is also designed to accommodate a sleeping bag and mummy mattress, ensuring high levels of protection at night on the mountain.
*The Dyneema used for the floor is a material that is resistant to pulling and abrasion, but is weak against sharp branches and stones. If the ground condition is poor when setting up the tent, please use a footprint.
Product Features
By adopting a waterproof and breathable 3-layer fabric, we have achieved a high level of livability and ultra-lightweight. The size is large enough to store a sleeping bag and a mummy-type mattress. The full seam tape double slider zipper ensures an outlet for the rope to be set on the harness. The guard at the opening uses a magnet instead of Velcro.

NANOVENT®
Nanovent® developed by Samaya is a next-generation three-layer fabric made of hydrophobic nylon on the outside and hydrophilic nylon on the inside laminated with a membrane.
The porous polyurethane membrane allows air to circulate inside the tent, creating a comfortable space. The lightweight and compact Nanovent® provides perfect waterproofing and optimal condensation management, making it the perfect material for single-wall tents.
DYNEEMA® FLOOR
The structure is made by bonding Mylar® with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), which has a much higher molecular weight than regular polyethylene. UHMWPE is extremely lightweight, yet has outstanding impact resistance and excellent abrasion resistance. By bonding Mylar®, it becomes a combination that has both high abrasion resistance and waterproofness.
