Octa® x Wool "ROAR" series is born

STATIC has focused on special design yarn twisting technology and developed a unique method in which wool is twisted into Octa® yarn, which has a hollow structure, and only the wool part is raised with a file.
This resulted in the creation of AYUKAN, a unique yarn that combines the lightness of Octa® with the fluffiness and warmth of wool.

The "ROAR" series is a collection of knitwear items made using AYUKAN yarn and the whole garment method.
Since WHOLEGARMENT knitting is done directly from yarn in a three-dimensional manner, there is no fabric cutting process, making it an eco-friendly manufacturing method with almost no cutting waste.
While 20-30% of regular clothing is produced as waste from cutting, with WHOLEGARMENT this is reduced to approximately 6g per garment, or just under 5% waste.

SUSTAINABILITY

• Whole garment manufacturing minimizes material waste

• The brushed part is made of wool, which reduces the shedding of microplastics.

• Octa® yarn is undyed, reducing CO₂ emissions during the yarn dyeing process by more than 50%

• Brand tags, size tags, and quality labels are made from 100% recycled polyester (derived from PET bottles).

• Recycled materials are also used for secondary materials

• Individual plastic packaging will be discontinued and products will be shipped in tissue paper packaging

PRODUCT CARE

• Please avoid using fabric softeners and bleach.

• Wash by hand or place in a laundry net and wash on "delicates" or "hand wash" mode.

• As this is a knitted material, please be careful not to catch it on branches etc.

• Do not tumble dry or dry clean
