The lid is made from Shimanto cypress and was created in collaboration with Tanigawa Wood Crafts, a manufacturing company in Sanuki that mainly makes wooden barrels.
In addition to being used as a lid, it can also be used as a trivet, a coaster, a small cutting board, or a plate for holding small snacks.
Because it is a natural material, discoloration and deformation may occur, but please enjoy the taste.
