In order to compensate for the large amount of energy consumed by activities, and if you choose non-perishable food for mountain climbing, it will be high in calories and high in sugar. However, I can't get raw vegetables, so I'm lacking vitamins. Since the body is placed in a harsher environment than usual, the consumption of minerals and vitamins in the body also becomes intense. Furthermore, I noticed that vitamins were consumed in the digestion of sugar and additives in the digestive system, and I was not able to use the calories I took in effectively.
