Convenient hand warmer pockets

Low-profile hand warmer pockets are placed on both sides. They can warm your hands during breaks on ridgelines and are useful when you're active without an outer layer.

Thumbholes for enhanced warmth and layering

Thumbholes are placed at the cuffs. Passing your thumb through them not only increases warmth on the back of your hands but also prevents sleeves from riding up when layering with a wind shell or fleece, facilitating smooth on and off.

Flatlock seams for minimal skin stress

As a base layer that directly touches the skin, meticulous attention has been paid to the stitching. We use flatlock seams, a special low-profile sewing method also used for underwear. Because the seams are flat, it minimizes discomfort from chafing and skin damage even during long periods of wear while sweating.

The secret of Teton Bros.' original "Axio Lite"

The base material, Axio, is a special yarn developed in Bishu, a global wool production region. By wrapping wool fibers around a polyester core with a unique cross-section, the surface retains the feel of pure wool and its moisture-regulating, heat-retaining, and deodorizing functions, while the polyester core quickly absorbs and wicks away sweat.

Axio Lite, used in this product, is a fabric woven by alternately knitting this original Axio yarn and polyester yarn in a striped pattern. This provides even greater wicking and stretch properties than a single material. Furthermore, the unevenness of the stripes refracts light, making it opaque despite being thin, and giving it excellent breathability and anti-pilling performance.

Care Instructions

To maintain wool's natural performance for a long time, please pay careful attention to its care.

• Hand washing recommended: Use a neutral detergent in water below 30°C and hand wash by gently pressing the entire garment, avoiding rubbing or strong scrubbing. Temperatures above 30°C can cause fabric shrinkage or damage.

• Short washing time: Aim to complete washing and rinsing within a total of 3-5 minutes. Soaking for too long can cause the fibers to harden and felt.

• Prohibited: Absolutely avoid using fabric softener or bleach, tumble drying, and dry cleaning.

• Drying: After washing, gently remove excess water by wrapping the garment in a towel, reshape it, and lay it flat to dry in a well-ventilated shade. Do not leave it wet with water or sweat for extended periods.
