This is a Jerry Marquez cushion designed by Jerry Ukai.
There's no particular gimmick, but there's a regular Jerry Marquez printed on one side, a skeleton Jerry Marquez printed on the other, and a message printed on the gusset.
The cushion can be taken in and out using the zipper at the bottom, so if it gets dirty, you can just wash the cover. (Please wash it in a net.) It is a relatively light and elastic cushion.
I think you can use it not only for camping scenes but also at home or at work.
