R ZIP WLT

The "R ZIP WLT" is a wallet with enough capacity to be used during long-term mountain climbing or as a wallet for everyday use. You can store bills, coins, and cards separately. Bills can be stored folded in half. There is a D-ring on the back for attaching a wallet cord.

The product itself is approximately 8mm thick.

This product uses "X-Pac VX07 HS".
X-Pac™ is a material developed by Dimension-Polyant, the American manufacturer of sailcloth (yacht sails) with the largest market share in the world.

It is made up of four layers: durable water-repellent 70 denier nylon, X-PLY (polyester threads woven in an X-shape), 0.25 mil polyester film, and 50 denier polyester taffeta.

It is made of four layers (X4 laminate) of durable water-repellent 70 denier plain weave nylon + X-PLY (X-shaped polyester yarn) + 0.25 mil polyester film + 50 denier polyester taffeta.

The surface of the fabric is treated with a durable water-repellent coating, so it repels water effectively. The fabric itself is completely waterproof, but the stitching has small holes. In situations where it is exposed to heavy rain for a long time, water will slowly seep in through the seams.

[UltraWeave™ Ultra100X]

UltraWeave™ Ultra100X is a high-performance fabric developed by Challenge Sailcloth that is the ultimate in lightweight, durable, and waterproof performance. This fabric is based on UHMWPE (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene) fibers, which are approximately 10 times stronger than steel per weight ratio, making it extremely resistant to tearing and abrasion. Furthermore, it uses Challenge Sailcloth's proprietary CrossPly technology, which places fibers diagonally, improving tear resistance in directions that regular ripstop fabrics cannot match.

Unlike conventional laminated fabrics, this material uses a one-piece structure with minimal adhesives. This design not only reduces weight, but also significantly reduces the risk of peeling and hydrolysis. It is characterized by high durability, maintaining its performance even after long-term use. It is also highly waterproof, providing excellent protection from rain and moisture. These properties combine to make it a reliable material that maintains its performance for a long time, even in harsh environments where friction and impacts are repeated.

[UHMWPE]

UHMWPE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) is an exceptional material that is over 10 times stronger than steel per weight ratio. This makes it an ideal choice for lightweight yet durable products. It also has excellent tear and abrasion resistance, allowing it to perform in harsh environments.

In addition, UHMWPE has excellent resistance to water and many chemicals, allowing for long-term use with less risk of deterioration due to moisture or corrosion.

We do not recommend washing X-Pac, even without detergent, as this can cause the fabric to peel.
