This concentrated energy drink is completely handmade in a workshop in Fukui Prefecture by a chef who is also a mountain lover and chef.
The extract is extracted from domestically grown plums over several days, then blended with several types of honey, and carefully vacuum-cooked to preserve the flavor.

Citric acid, natural energy, and the power of deliciousness.
This natural energy drink combines all three of these ingredients.

Plums (Beniei or Nanko plums from Fukui Prefecture), raw sugar (domestic), brown sugar (Miyakojima), honey (domestic flower honey)

● Oi Ena is a concentrated type

One bottle can make 500ml to 1.5L of drink.
You can dilute it to your liking or use it as is.

Mix it with your favorite drink, such as water, carbonated water, hot water, tea, or shochu.

● Storage method and precautions

• Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures and humidity, and store in a cool, dark place or in the refrigerator.

• If the product expands due to fermentation, open the package, release the gas, and store in the refrigerator.

• Do not give honey to children under 1 year of age.

• Best before date: 1 year from the date of manufacture (listed on the back label)
