Hey Ena Yuzu Honey
(hereinafter referred to as "Oi Ena Yuzu")
Each piece is completely handmade by a chef who is also a chef and mountain lover in his workshop in Fukui Prefecture.
We use only domestically produced yuzu and carefully extract the extract over several days.
Several types of honey are blended to preserve the flavor of the honey, then delicately cooked and vacuum-processed.
Citric acid, naturally derived energy, and above all the feeling of "deliciousness" are absolute powers.
That's Oi Ena's way of thinking.

Attention to ingredients
≪Yuzu≫
Only domestically produced yuzu is used.
By extracting the tea using a unique method that uses the skin as well, the subtle bitterness and refreshing flavor of the skin gives you a special feeling of refreshment during activities.
*Depending on the season, green yuzu may be used, which will change the flavor.
≪Raw sugar≫
Made with domestic raw sugar.
It also takes into consideration sudden fluctuations in blood sugar levels.
Brown sugar
We use brown sugar from Miyakojima, which is said to be the most delicious in Japan.
It contains a wealth of minerals derived from coral, yet has a clean aftertaste that makes it easy to drink.
