The "Draout® Shade Full-Zip Hoodie" is a hooded base layer that achieves both heat shielding to reduce the impact of solar heat and quick-drying properties to rapidly wick away sweat, all through its fabric design.
Special yarns with a high concentration of titanium dioxide block heat like a parasol, reducing the temperature rise inside the garment. The ultra-thin fabric quickly spreads and dries sweat, keeping you dry and comfortable even during summer hikes or in strong sunlight.
Ventilated mesh is placed under the arms and inside the hood to efficiently release trapped heat from within the garment. The full-zip design allows for smooth ventilation and temperature adjustment during activity. The slightly relaxed fit creates air passages, reducing heat buildup inside the wear.
Furthermore, we've addressed "sweat stains," which tend to be noticeable when wet. Titanium dioxide blended into the fibers diffuses light, minimizing visible changes even when sweating.
